<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">It's been said on here that the original catalogs had a thing where you could buy any of the three girls signed. I don't have any catalogs before 1994, and I don't remember who all has said that. I think they were like $150?Isn't the signed Sam more rare? ( Or any other Pleasant Co doll for that matter?" I dont remember hearing of her signing any other doll but Lissie, except for special occasions....
I don't think they're worth the money AT ALL. But that's just me. Unless you're looking for an older doll, it seems really strange to me to pay 800+ for a doll signed by Pleasant Rowland. It's not like her signature is worth money, so, it's just the older doll, with provenonce (sp?) that she's older, I guess. It sure doesn't seem like any of them are "rare," they're on ebay pretty often, and I'm sure Pleasant or any of the authors would have signed them at any point in time.
